Our Rooms

The rooms are located within a structure that rises upwards, offering a splendid view over the rooftops of Venice.

Airy, bright and equipped with every comfort: coffee machine, kettle, mini bar, TV, wifi, hairdryer, courtesy set.

With exposed beams, Venetian furniture and fabrics, wooden floor, all rooms have a private bathroom.

Having a limited number of rooms "means for us being able to give more services and always be available to our guests".

Sustainable choices and courtesy line

Choosing for a future orientation and acting environmental friendly also means taking small precautions in order to avoid unnecessary waste:

Glass cups; compostable capsules for coffee machines; environmentally friendly detergents and soap-bars; rechargeable dispensers.
Sustainable breakfast: our guests can choose the morning after breakfast at the desired time to be delivered in their room. All dry and fresh products listed on the menu will be portioned or purchased only a few minutes before serving breakfast, ensuring freshness and avoiding waste.

Breakfast items like bread, croissants and fresh fruit are purchased from local shops in order to promote small Venetian businesses (cereals, oat flakes, yogurt and jams in glass jars; fruit juices are served in glass glasses).

We can surely accomodate any of your requests in case of food intolerances or different diets, for instance gluten-free and/or plant based breakfast can be arranged upon request
